You can’t miss the Glass Lofts in the Penn Avenue Arts District in Garfield. Situated an arm’s reach from so many exciting development projects in the city right now, and designed by local architect Art Lubetz of Front Studio (they designed the Carnegie Library in Squirrel Hill), the modern green & gray building is a piece of artwork in and of itself. This unit features plywood walls and polished concrete floors. The kitchen, with white quartz countertops was designed by Paulina Wilkowska. The artwork in the space is by Giuseppe Ragozzino.
This loft is owned by Aaron Clark – advertising art director by day, DJ and music event producer & promoter by night. If you’re interested in hearing new electronic music around the city, check out event listings here and here.
